Our doctors and dietitians undergo training at the prestigious Institute of Functional Medicine in the United States (IFM USA), Functional Medicine University (FMU USA) and the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFMS) in Hanover, Germany, which is supported by numerous certificates.

Initial consultation
During the first visit, the functional medicine doctor thoroughly analyzes the patient's medical history from childhood to the current condition.
Factors such as:
current diet
lifestyle
past and present infections and diseases
exposure to environmental factors (past and present)

current hormonal status
family interview
If the patient has previously had diagnostic tests, they are analyzed by the doctor. The visit ends with the establishment of a joint action plan. It concerns therapeutic interventions and, if necessary, additional tests.

Information collected during the initial consultation helps the doctor determine whether and what additional diagnostic tests should be performed.
At a later stage, based on the information obtained from the test results, an individual therapeutic plan is developed.
In Vitality you will have access to all
tests ordered by our doctors and if it is not possible to perform them, you will be shown a place where you can have them performed. Functional tests in most cases can be performed in the comfort of your home.
Treatment plan
Once your test results are received, they will be interpreted by your doctor and a treatment plan will be prepared that includes:
A personalized nutrition plan - based on blood and other laboratory test results, a diet diary and your diagnosis
Supplementing vitamin and mineral deficiencies through the use of appropriately selected nutraceuticals
